The Flight Series Incline Chest Press by American Barbell is a robust and bio-mechanically sound machine—designed to primarily work the upper chest, as well as target the front deltoids and triceps muscles. It may also offer some additional stability to those newer to the movement. With a range of grip widths, along with single arm mechanics, the incline chest press allows for maximum muscle isolation and activation. This machine has a good feel throughout the range of motion.
