XTC Gear | X-Series Flat Band - Roll

The XTC Gear X-Series Flat Bands are ideal for a wide variety of physical therapy as well as toning and strengthening exercises. These bands are most commonly know for rehabilitating torn rotator cuffs, bad elbows, and damaged knees. The flat, lightweight design makes them a convenient choice for travel whether you are looking to warm up or keep up with a physio routine. Great for use performing exercises like pull-a-parts, hamstring stretches, rotator cuff movements, and shoulder rehab, pull-downs, pull-overs, rows, curls and more.

These rolls are ideal for clinics or trainers as the Roll is 25ft in length which allows for simple cutting to 5ft sections for clients or patients.

Level 4 - Blue - Heavy
