The X-Series Floor GHD by XTC Gear is a spin on the conventional GHD, more compact, but just as stable. Give your athletes a convenient way to execute glute ham raises no matter what size your training space. Each unit features robust laser-cut-sheet metal sides and foot plate providing rigidity and elegance while keeping the foot print small at 62" x 24". Foot plates are adjustable in height to accommodate a variety of athletes and the unit is standard with wheels and a handle so it can be moved around the gym with ease.
