The York FTS range provides you with everything you need for a PT Studio, School or Home Gym. The York FTS Flex Bench with Leg Hold Down has 8 positions from -30 to 90 degree incline using the same “cupping” system as used on the Flat to Incline Bench.
The extra wide seat/base pad has a fully contoured edge behind the knee joint, offering maximum support when in decline or when using the leg developer attachment (see attachments). Seat pad has a simple adjuster block system underneath should the seat need to be raised for a specific exercise.
Ideal for use inside the FTS Press Squat Stands and FTS Power Cage.
